Neko was donated to Steve as part of our Search
and Rescue program. Neko is a 'Team in Training'
avalanche search and rescue dog and will become
a certified member of the Canadian Avalanche
Rescue Dog Association. Once he is certified, he
will be on call in the Fernie, BC area to attend
avalanche disasters and help save lives.

Neko enjoys the first big snowfall in Fernie. It looks
