We are looking for a large chunk of rural property. Ideally, this
land would be located within 20-30 minutes of Quesnel (any
direction) and would be suitable for hunting. Road access
preferred. We are not looking for a property with a house or
buildings - the site may be built on in the future however, so
access to power would be considered an asset.
Any reasonably priced large chunk of land will be considered.
We prefer privately listed land to dealing with an agent. Some
water on the property, such as a pond or creek, would be nice,
but is not a requirement. Privacy and space are the utmost
considerations.
